  Dr. West took 45 minutes with me with no hurry and no rushing to help me with a problem. He had a room full of patients (I saw as I walked out). I'm sure he was at least 1/5 hour behind yet showed no hint of rush. Answered all my questions. Volunteered some opinions and was tremendously helpful. One of the friendliest, most compassionate, most insightful doctors I have met.
